Our aim is to capture in a pie what the Peak District means to us. The jagged rocky outcrops of gritstone in the High Peak to the rolling grassy hills of the Derbyshire Dales. Each bite will take you to that epic landscape, which is rich in a bounty of local produce.
Each ingredient is sourced in a sustainable manner, therefore if we can’t walk or cycle to our suppliers then its doesn’t go in one of our pies. The meat is supplied by Edwin Wild and Son butchers in Whaley Bridge and the stilton is from Hartington Creamery. We have worked closely with our friends Gaynor and Melanie at Spicetech UK, who have created a unique seasoning for our meat pies.
